Clinton Foy joined CrossCut in 2013, and is a General Partner and Managing Director.

Clinton has deep experience building, leading, operating, and investing in top tech, media and game companies including Square Enix and Super Evil MegaCorp. Clinton also led investments into Mobcrush, Streamlabs,, Arrivo, Arsenic, and Clinton is the founder, Chairman and co-owner of the professional eSports organization, the Immortals.

Prior to CrossCut, Clinton was the COO at Square Enix, a $3 billion video game and media publisher. At Square Enix, he built the mobile and online teams and led licensing for FINAL FANTASY, TOMB RAIDER, and SPACE INVADERS franchises across multiple platforms.

Prior to Square Enix, Mr. Foy practiced law with the Heller Ehrman Venture Law Group in Seattle, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley, representing top tech companies including Microsoft, Sony, Fujitsu, and Yahoo.

Mr. Foy earned a BA from the University of Notre Dame, JD from the University of Washington School of Law, and MA from Stanford University Graduate School.
