GraphEffect Adds Former President and COO of [x+1], Co-Founder of Blackboard, as President

In addition to a variety of responsibilities across operations, sales, and marketing, Mr. Kim will also serve as the general manager of GraphEffect’s newly-opened New York and Chicago offices.
